Packages, Coaching Programs & Gift Certificate Expiration: All service packages, gift certificates, programs, and courses must be used before their expiration date. The expiration date for each service is mentioned in its description. You can find the expiration date in your Momence account dashboard. If you are unsure about the expiration date of your package, please contact us at info@ascentiah.com.

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on packages, gift certificates, programs, and courses.

Transfer Policy:  All service packages, gift certificates, programs, and courses are non-transferable.

Expired Packages: We do not offer refunds, reimbursements, or credits for expired packages, gift certificates, programs, and courses.

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy: We reserve our practitioner’s time, treatment room, and specific equipment, especially for you upon your booking, and begin exclusive preparations for your visit. We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. You may reschedule once within 24 hours. Any subsequent rescheduling will result in a fee equal to the full amount of the scheduled service.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You may manage your appointment in your Momence account dashboard. You may also call us at 1-646-476-4847 to reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled appointments or no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee in the full amount of the scheduled service. Therefore you will no receive any refund for your canceled appointment. We appreciate your courtesy and consideration!

Note: 4.5% payment processing fee is not refundable.
